IPK Auctions uses your name, personal or company address, tax number, company name where applicable, email, phone number, bids, watchlist, payment status and collection information to operate the auction service. Passwords are stored as secure hashes.

What other people see

Public bid history uses a shortened bidder identifier. Private collection addresses and order details are available only to administrators and the winning buyer. The auction team manages collections.

Payments

Stripe handles card entry on its hosted checkout page. This website stores the payment reference and status, and does not store card numbers.

Emails and preferences

Registered buyers can receive new auction announcements. You can turn these off in email preferences or through the unsubscribe link in each announcement. Essential purchase, payment, collection and account-security messages remain enabled.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect submitted forms. The website does not include advertising or analytics trackers.

Your cookie choice is remembered for 180 days. You can reopen the cookie notice using Cookie settings in the footer.

Account requests

For access, correction or deletion requests, contact info@ipkauctions.pt. Auction and payment records may need to be retained for business and accounting purposes.
